13.1 These Terms & Conditions and any carriage which we agree to provide you with (in respect of yourself and/or your Baggage) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Macau Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.

In the event of any inconsistencies between These Terms & Conditions and the mandatory provisions of applicable law, the latter shall prevail.

13.2 Any dispute between you and us concerning or arising out of the performance of the Terms & Conditions and such carriage in any way whatsoever shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Macau Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
